Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 Tabsp lemon juice (from half a lemon)
1 Tabsp honey
1/2 teasp ground ginger
1/2 teasp ground ginger
1/4 teasp ground cloves
Method
Boil 15-20 minutes with stirring until thick.
Cool mixture
Drop mixture drop-by-drop on baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Cool drops.
Dust with icing sugar until well-coated.
Store in air-tight tin.
